Nike!

Before there was the Swoosh, before there was Nike, there were two visionary men who pioneered a revolution in athletic footwear that redefined the industry. Founded by Bill Bowerman and Phil Knight in the 1950s, the pair shook hands to form Blue Ribbon Sports, pledged $500 each and placed their first order of 300 pairs of shoes in January 1964. In essence, the foundation for what would become Nike had been established.

Today, Nike continues to seek new and innovative ways to develop superior athletic products, and creative methods to communicate directly with our consumers. Feast your eyes on an extensive and historical collection of their print advertising campaigns below!
